All deposits made to PrimeStake are non-refundable once they have been credited to your account and used for betting. However, unused balance remaining in your account may be withdrawn at any time subject to our withdrawal terms.
If a deposit is charged to your payment method but does not reflect in your PrimeStake balance within 30 minutes, please contact support@primestake.net with your transaction reference. Failed deposits are automatically refunded to your source account within 3–7 business days.
If a bet is voided by PrimeStake due to a system error or incorrect odds, the stake will be fully returned to your account balance. No additional compensation is provided for voided bets.
For refund-related queries, email support@primestake.net with your username and transaction details. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
