We collect your name, phone number, email address, and payment details when you register. We also collect usage data such as betting history, login timestamps, and device information to improve our services.
Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, send transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data for analytics.
PrimeStake does not sell your personal data. We share data only with payment processors (Paystack) and email providers (Brevo) strictly as necessary to deliver our services. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we never store plain-text passwords. Access to sensitive systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@primestake.net. We will respond within 30 days.
